If a rental item doesn’t fit, returns are free and a prepaid return label is included with your shipment. For resale items, returns are accepted for store credit only, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
You don't need to clean anything! Simply return the item as-is. We professionally clean every piece before it goes to its next rental.
Absolutely! Contact us before your rental ends and we'll help you extend if the item is available. Extension fees are prorated based on your original rental rate.
Normal wear is expected and covered. For significant damage beyond normal wear, you may be charged a repair or replacement fee. We'll always contact you first to discuss any concerns.
