• Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within 2–3 business days, with rentals scheduled to arrive before your start date. Orders over $100 include free two-way shipping. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Rental returns: Drop off with the carrier on your prepaid label by noon on your return date. Sunday or holiday deadlines move to noon the next day. Professional cleaning is included, so don’t clean your piece. You’re responsible for returning it on time; don’t leave it with hotels, doormen or friends.
• If it doesn't fit: Try it on as soon as it arrives. Let us know within 24 hours of delivery and send the piece back the same day with the tag still attached, and we'll swap it if another size or a similar piece is available in time — or issue the full rental price as credit toward a future rental, or a refund of the rental price minus shipping and cleaning.
